We are the perfect solution for Pediatric Urgent Care!
The Pediatric Place is a unique Urgent Care facility and the first of its kind in The Bahamas. We aim to be your best alternative to the Emergency Department while specializing in pediatric care. We Are a hybrid practice that also offers a preventative annual physical or well child visits.
It is our goal to be your partner in providing the best healthcare for your child. We are dedicated to providing the highest quality clinical care while providing a child-friendly environment. Our providers are all board-certified Pediatricians, compassionate caregivers with a dedicated team of nurses and medical physician assistants delivering premier care to patients and their families.
Our mission is to promote the health and well-being of our patients by providing accessible, high quality medical care, at a fraction of the cost and with wait times typically much less than that of the Emergency Department.
We take care of your little one's urgent care needs!
At the Pediatric Place, pediatric healthcare is provided for acute non-life or limb threatening illness or injury. This can be supplemental to your Primary Care pediatrician's practice and may take place outside of normal office hours.
We are there when you need us!
We are equipped to stabilize a child that requires emergency services if necessary. Although this is not ideal, we will transfer to the appropriate tertiary care facility and facilitate admission to the hospital if the need arises.
